What is the best way to get 4K video off of the SD card

It's easiest to remove the memory card from your Phantom, insert it into a memory card reader (I use this one), and plug that into your computer.

Depends on whether you want to keep removing and reinserting the card in the camera. Often as not I just plug the quad directly into my computer and down that way.
