I don't know of an easy way to do that. I stopped updating everything (AC, RC, Go app, and Apple ios) without any issues 3 years ago. As such my current Apple DJI Go app is version 2.0.0. If I uninstall 2.0.0, how would I reinstall that version? I understand there IS a way to find/reinstall...
Sorry I have not responded sooner. "Life" has simply gotten in the way! :)
I did do a RC to AC re-link - no change.
Yes, before starting this thread, I did find several similar posts with the same problem but most contained an associated pre-action like "I just did an update then..." or "I...
I bought my P3P new in June 2015. Last update I did was V1.3.20 years ago. Since then no updates to anything. It has performed
well all these years - until today.
Now I get "NO SIGNAL" in red on my iPad Air2 display.
All DJI Go aircraft data is there - distance, height, orientation, battery...
Well, using previously posted instructions, I've been able to download all the DJIFlightRecords from my iPad and the 22 most recent DAT files from the AC.
First, using Air Data I started looking at all my previous flights to see how long the "motor is blocked" Notifications have been showing...
The playback air speed on my iPad Air2 is normal. For example, at 1m 37s when DJI Flight Log Viewer shows my speed at 117 mph my iPad playback shows a H.S Speed of 9 mph.
I don't know if this makes a difference but back in 2015 I stopped doing updates at FW 1.3.20, DJI Go 2.0.0, and iOS 8.4.1...
I finally figured out how to get the file from my iPad Air2 over to my PC and up loaded it to DJI Flight Log Viewer.
This is the link
Other than Cell 3 showing an occasional 0.1 volt deviation and SPEEDs of over 100 MPG (??huh - how can that be??) I don't see anything else.
Any clues where I...
I recently used Air Data for the first time on my P3P. I uploaded the last flight log and to my surprise it is showing repeated "motor is blocked" warnings through out the entire flight. All other shown log data (battery, GPS, compass, etc.) are normal.
A little history on my P3P.
I purchased...
FYI - FWIW - The OEM battery that came with my brand new P3P back in June 2015 would not click shut. It wanted to - the tabs were moving outward when fully seated - just not quite enough. I trimmed the tab plastic with an x-acto knife very little and then got a solid firm click and seat. The...
Sadly there are many AMA sanctioned clubs that are very anti-drone. The club closest to me has many of those "60 years" pilots and they want nothing to do with drones, affectionately referring to them as "those dam* things." They see drones as an annoyance and non-compatible with seasoned fixed...
+1 +1
I am not an Apple Fan Boy. No way I'd buy an over-priced-Apple-anything.. but ...BUT... I had tried several flavors of Android Tablets always with mixed results and some level of disappointment or frustration. Then a friend said "Here, try my Apple iPad Air 2." All I can say is - wow...
I've had my P3P for over 2 years, bought new in June 2015. Except for bad weather, I fly it weekly. Zero cracks anywhere. Still have the original props on that have never been removed. Running firmware 1.3.20 that was installed back in 2015 with zero need/desire to update. It's all been 100%...
I had this happen recently. It was a sudden change, not gradual as you would expect. Turned out cleaning the two battery data connection pads solved the problem. Also cleaned the 4 pins inside the A/C. Back up to 100% now. YMMV
I need to change my logon/email address in MY ACCOUNT at DJI.COM. But the email address field is greyed out and I cannot change it. My current email address will be deactivated October 20, 2017. I have over 2 years of flight records in my DJI account so I NEED to change the email address and...
While I can see why the DJI announcement is confusing, there is one part of the announcement that is key:
"you will have to log in once when you update the new version of DJI GO or GO 4 App"
So, you have a choice.
1. If you update to the latest version of the DJI GO app you WILL have to login...
I've had my P3P since June 2015. I have never removed the original installed props. I check them once a month or so and they look and perform like new. But I've also not had any prop contact mishaps either. The only prop maintenance I've done is cleaning off the bug juice during the summer...
