moving to Litchi and answers and suggestion would be appreciated

I am still on a learning curve with DJI go 4. I can use it and get around in it but still learning (hunt and peck basically to find what I need). But, I am having problems like the ability to constantly connect to Samsung Tablets. I went to Alaska and did some flying of my P4P. I could not...

removed training wheels today - did some flying and had fun

Just a moment to share –starting to have some fun with my P4P taking the training wheels off today. I started a serious search for my choice quad a couple of months ago (ended up picking the P4P). While researching I purchased a Dromida 370 XL to learn to fly real world as well as RealFlight...

How are you finding the P4P in general?

Assist 2 does not show FW levels any more when I connect the RC to my desktop via USB cable

How are you finding the P4P in general?

just my thoughts - I researched a few months and settled with the P4P. It was delivered and it took me another 3 weeks before flying just to make sure I was doing it right and in control. I did the firmware updates and have logged about 3 hours of fly time over a week period. Did another update...

DJI assist 2 does not show controller FW version

Had Phantom 4 Pro 3 weeks before flying it. Put maybe 3 hours since in fly time. Now I have nothing but problems, frustrated for sure. Problem 1 - My controller is not always recognized via USB to my desktop. Trying 3 different USB cables (all know to be good) eventually 1 of the 3 allows the...

1st flight with P4P with concerns - auto take off and RTH

Thanks, I was in beginner mode so your statement makes sense. In beginner mode the craft can only fly 30 from home which it did and would not go outside that range. I also find comfort in some one else experiencing the 20 foot rise on auto take off, thanks

1st flight with P4P with concerns - auto take off and RTH

Thanks for all the insight - drove in beginner mode again today. Basically just testing and moving slow. I did both manual and auto take offs and landings. No further concerns or issues. On auto take offs all went up to about 4 feet and hovered. None went up to 19 feet on its own and I am glad...

1st flight with P4P with concerns - auto take off and RTH

thanks for the rapid response - I will check both when I go to fly this after noon. Feeling better already that it's probably a setting and not the drone. Ha confirms I may also be challenged with a learning curve

1st flight with P4P with concerns - auto take off and RTH

I flew my new P4P yesterday for an hour or so in beginner mode, but have concerns. On auto take off 1 out of about 7 lifts the drone went to 19.4 feet. I found that odd or is it expected to do this sometimes. Also, when I press the RTH on the controller the P4P misses the mark by up to 16 feet...

    Just a thought

61, just started flying a couple of months ago. Took my first flight with my new P4P yesterday. Toys? Yip I have tons - RC tug boats, camera equipment galore plus 4 old classic cars. Had nothing but sticks to play with as a kid. Retired 2 years ago and currently think life is great and love...

Hello from Seattle area, new to drone and picked up a p4p

Hello, I am west of the Seattle area and have had an interest in drones a couple of years. I bought a practice drone and now have about 2 hours of fly time with it. That's about 10 flights and just about as many mild to a bit more than mild crashes (lol but getting better). Today my Phantom 4...
