Thank you. Had to put my P4 up, take pic and get back down as was a bit windy.

    Drones for Less

Stay away from the carbon props, I used these and found out the hard way. Mine came loose in flight and my P4 fell out of the sky. They screw on rather than lock in place like the original ones do.

Be very careful with these props. You have to change the top of the motor for screw type but you’ll find they unscrew during flight. A couple of time the blade flew off on landing but I still carried on using them until it did it in flight and crashed. I learnt the hard way. Stay with the...

    Loose carbon fibre props (crashed)

Once my P4 had been repaired I went back to the plastic as more reliable and they lock on rather than screw on.

Hey Jim, I know you're a big fan of Litchi but I've seen some issues with it. I'll have another look at it. Thanks as always Jim.

    It's back.....

So, after nearly 3 months away I've finally got my baby back after my crash when a carbon fibre prop came unscrewed. As you can see, I've ditched the carbon props and gone back to the original ones. Now need to boost my confidence again to go flying.

I certainly won't be doing it again.

These are the ones I purchased. You replace the top of the hub with a screw fixing. I'll see what Drones for Less say about them. Like I said, I'm having the original ones put back on.

    Loose carbon fibre props (crashed)

I will do when my baby is returned from repair. I've asked them to replace the original fixings and props. I bought them from Drones for Less, where I also got the drone from.
