I'm sorry I forgot to update what happened. I removed the ic and I can get at least 400ft high and about 1000ft away. Does anyone know where I can get a new ic at?

Ok. Your talking about the ones glued into the motor case. I wasn't sure if there was something else I missed.

Where is the magnet located at?

My friends pro crashed and broke the roll arm and ribbon cable. He ordered a kit that came with arms and ribbon cable. I installed the new parts today. The camera works but the gimbal won't move. I can hear the motors beeping but nothing happens. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this...

How did you remove the chip? Hot air or soldering iron?

I have a few questions about removing the chip. What temperature did you run the hot air gun at? Did you remove to board from the housing when using the hot air gun? Where you able to update or downgrade after removing the IC? Thanks

That IC might be the problem. I checked the connections between the pins and ground and I got continuity. To bad I can't just can't get the RX and you have to get the whole board.

I still have control of the drone most of the time. There were a few times that did rth. I was changing the firmware because of the signal issue. I haven't paid attention to the telemetry when it loses signal, but I do lose video. DJI Go shows full signal to lost connect.

I don't have usb debugging turned on. He has a iPhone.

He has flown it with a different device and he was having the same issue. I believe he has it all registered in his name.

This is my first time. It's my friends and he bought it used.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s7.
