Thanks for the response. Is there anything what will show what voltage your battery pack is at? I have a gauge that will show voltage but it only goes to a 3 cell pack.

I down loaded the update to a Sandisk. How do I know that I have the correct one. Will the update process identify what verision I am loading? I have V01050600

How do I go about doing the update. Do I load something on my computer then plug in the USB connectors and follow the bouncing ball?

Lipo batteries are very dangerous. I had one catch on fire while I was charging it. Thank God it was a small battery for a small (UMX) plane.

When I power up my Phantom 4 Pro the screen says Latest firmware abnormal. So I know it's wanting an update but which do I update. The Transmitter or the drone? I've looked at youtube and see allot of post on this but they are not the Phantom 4 Pro I have. My screen is on the TX and stays there...

I changed my video format to MP4. Now I only get a video of 15 to 18 seconds? I changed it back to MOV but still only get 15 to 18 seconds? I'm stuck? Not sure what to do? If anyone has ever had this and fixed it send me in the right direction? Jack
