Do I use the original box the P4P came with, including the styrofoam case? Will the replacement bird come with a new styrofoam case?

I imagine this will change one day in the future, and manned aircraft will have to yield to unmanned.

If that's what happened, they committed fraud per most states and Federal interstate commerce law. I've got an issue if they did this, as there is clearly a delta in inherent value between a new item and a refurbished one, and if they are selling returbs as new, I'm sure this will get attention.

I heard a rumor that anything shipped from Carson, Ca was almost certainly a refurbished product. So I looked at my order and the fedex history and my P4P was shipped from Carson. Should I be concerned that DJI sent me a refurb instead of a new one? When I got my P4P everything seemed new...

That's fine, but now we have conflicting federal agencies with potential for people to get in trouble inadvertently. Communication is key here, and it appears there was none due to conflicting policy announcements released in short time span from each other. That's all I'm saying.

How I read it, they are claiming they have the authority under the law that gives each base commander authority to develop and implement their own level of force protection and base security. If you don't know anything about the military it may make sense to have a one size fits all approach...

Correct, but they don't have jurisdiction over assessing military security. Push comes to shove we know who trumps who here.

This is crazy, last week my military base commander specifically released policy memo AUTHORIZING drone flights on and over base. Today, FAA has usurped military commander authority, as if they know anything about what's sensitive on base. Last I checked the law the FAA is using to justify this...

Hello, I purchased this last month brand new from Target. I need to see it go for financial reasons. The Drone is in Like new condition, it's never been crashed/hard-landed/etc...The DJI Care is good through February 2018, and has full $499 credit balance remaining. Battery, controller...
