Thank you for your kind replies. I realize that many people are quietly enjoying their drones. Hopefully, most people are doing well, why should they post? Since DJI is still selling a LOT of drones, primarily they are working well.
This Forum can be a great source of the need to be sure the...
I am not here to stir up flamers, or disrespecting pilots, people nor DJI.
I did buy a Phantom 3 Professional and really enjoyed the sport. Never had a problem. The bird flew beautifully. listened carefully about the precautions and procedures. Did the software updates. Followed the FAA rules...
It may work for you, but the "support" is irritating and ridiculous. You ask for help adn you get a barrage of useless form letters. Then when a finally CSR, he seems to be more sorting his "in basket" more than helping us. His remarks are about how their recently sold 2g Trackimos just down't...
Trackimo 2g is a piece of CRAP. Location is about two miles off. I have sent email to Trackimo and get fast - but moronic email response. These form letters are worthless. FINALLY a "CSR" from Trackimo who told me that the 2g network in Atlanta area is flaky and I need to buy the 3g, BUT I have...

Seems like someone...
I have been using a Trackimo 2g. Seems to be working fine. (Atlanta GA) area. However it is an older model and wondering if a 3g model? Or is another tracker, better. I have a Phantom 3 and am thinking about buying a Mavic Pro.
Suggestions for the best tracking device??
Thanks,
Bill

"new state law proposed by a Utah legislator would take drone-shooting to a new level of legal acceptability."
Does this open season to property owners? I don't like it either. Does not see possible. But you live in rural areas?
Very concerned about this trying to enact State law to shoot down our drones!!
Proposed State Law Would Give Cops the Freedom to Shoot Down Drones
Opinions? Can this be stopped?

"We created a pair of these high quality MicroAerialPhoto.com safety vests for ourselves as a whimsical and somewhat ironic joke, based on the current atmosphere of regulation and hostility towards civilian hobby-class and even toy-class drones. But we...
If asked to stop something you are doing by a police officer I strongly urge that you are courteous and do what he asks, then engage him in conversation. If you feel sure of your ground - and you really feel strongly about what you were doing - ask him to call his watch commander for a decision...
I agree. I also see noobs treated with very harsh criticism. Perhaps we need a sub-forum here for noobs where they can ask basic questions without being treated as idiots. We are all here to learn and share.
