I believe it is the original Phantom....after some more testing I discovered the gimbal works fine, IF I do not connect the manual 4th channel
pitch control.
OK, been a while on this one, but here is the gimbal board....seems to have some sort of a reset red button (top of pic)....
It is powered by a small 2s which also powers on the VTX....like to find out what it is so I can try re-flashing the FW..
I need to get back home and check……I think my board is a little different than yours,
But I’ll definitely take a look at the cables…..I’ll need to remove the control board to get a better look..
The camera part works fine…good video…but the pitch motor glitches as soon as the P1 is powered on…almost like some interference is coming from the copter……I may try some filtering cores on the esc leads……

When I power up I get the green light after a minute or so but when I execute the arming gesture, rapid green flashing but...
My good friend gave me his P330 Phantom 1 very little used drone as he could not get it to arm. I've got the Naza M assistant loaded and the copter connects and control sticks move the sliders to 1000+/-, and the motor checks are all good. Copter boots up fine and presents flashing green lights...
