I like reading about technology and future development. They all seem to be thinking along the same lines. They want a smaller more powerful motor/engine. They are trying to make things lighter so they can carry heavier payloads longer. They have made great strides in doing so. Fuel wise there needs to be greater volume or a more volatile fuel to increase power. You can only go so far before you have a dangerous flying bomb. They need to think out of the box and someone will find the answer.
We use a practice in a heavy payload for computers by using a proxy to make the payload easier for the computer 's proformence. It seems to be obvious to me as shown in many movies, so it must be real. We need to implement a shrinking machine for the payload. Problem solved. ?
