I have been putting it on the 3 setting but after actually reading the little sheet that came with the Tenergy batteries it looks like I should be use 2 or less.
What do y'all do?

Sac D said:The reason Colin said that 3A is okay is because it doesn't really matter. The charger automatically cuts down to 2A anyway once it gets going... so it's the same either way.
Well that's interesting. I've just been leaving mine at 2A in any case as I want my batteries to last as long as they can.Sac D said:The reason Colin said that 3A is okay is because it doesn't really matter. I have changed mine so now I am on 80% usage when the red light kicks in.
But I also fly with a timer ( my iPhone).
I am changing to a Jeti transmitter and receiver soon, to get a better radio with timer and telemetry.
On my helis and planes I use Spektrum DX8 and DX18QQ, and very soon a Jeti DS-16.

I've found the software actually does a pretty good job of saving my *** with the setting its at. I haven't looked at the default setting, but now I'm curious. Im guessing I MAYBE had an extra minute or 90 seconds of flying time when the red light flashes. I would be nervous about flying FPV, find my craft was 500 feet away and only had 30 seconds to touch down...

I never mess with my battery settings and keep it at default.
better safe than sorry. especially when flying FPV when you can't see the red lights blinking.

Also when you say I can charge 4 batteries at once, how many come with a standard battery pack? I was going to buy one extra battery with the drone
