I have a weird battery issue that I can't find mentioned. While using the simulator my battery flags up as damaged. When I put the battery in the drone it shows green and healthy. I'm a little scared now of flying until I can hopefully find some more information on this. Cheers.

Yes, sounds odd.
I have never used the simulator, just to be clear ether way your battery should be in the Phantom correct.
When you hooked to the Phantom normally to fly. Your app can show you all four of the cells in your battery.
