Do you guys still need a licence to have a colour television in UK? I remember the fee was cheaper if you had a black and white set.
I mean my grandfather had a radio licence for his valve radio and it was only recently that the rule to have a guy running ahead of your automobile waving a red flag was abolished where we are.
