I am just starting out taking videos with my p4 every time I take a video it is not a smooth video but rather stop and start I don't know why and how to fix it. Can someone help

If you are trying to playback 4K video on an average laptop or older iPad it just can't handle the volume of data.. Even at 1080p some computers just can't quite keep up
