Video problem

Ok i have a problem with my phantom 4 maybe is an easy fix but can't find what the problem is everytime i film something on my divice the video is perfect no glitches or any problem but when i tranfer it to my computer the video stops for a second or more and then it starts running again any help will be really apreciated let me know your comments maybe my sd card is the problem but don"t know please help

Does the PC have enough horsepower to show the video?-I have a fully charged up MACbook with 16GB RAM and if I've shot 4K video, it can sometimes (if I have other stuff running), tend to lag a bit. Have you tried shooting in 1080, and see how that goes?

I had the same problem until I upgraded the computer . It was the problem. Now I get perfect 4K video. Have you tried it at a lower setting?
