UAV into car nearly decapitating girlfriend

My first post.
Very poor flying / decision making on my part. I must of had a rush of blood to my head but I swear I thought the window was shut.
My first real mishap after about 20hrs flying the Vision +.
I think its an amazing piece of kit. I'm not sure my girlfriend does anymore though. :?
