I am new here and I need some help.. So sorry for my English level...
I'll go for next week in Sicily and I'll make a travel film. For that I would buy a p4 already approved in France. But I'm afraid of not being able to include aviation images in my film without the ENAC permission. I want to shoot natural landscapes without the presence of anyone. And possibly typical villages plans (but without going over).
Also in the film I will show the hotel. then we can say that it's a commercial film even if I do not make money? we would be in a professional film and so with the professional rules ?
Finally, this film may be seen by some thousands people. I might draw the attention of ENAC ...
