Throttle on right - Mode 1

I recently acquired a phantom 2 vision + and it appears to be in mode one with throttle on the right. Does anybody know how to switch it to mode 2?

Tried to do that, the lights don't come on, I don't know why it won't connect. I tried a different cable, no different.
