This is old news. From last May to date I haven't heard of any great rash of drone vandalism. Even with the rapid proliferation of drones.

Hold on there chicken little, the sky is not falling. It is an act of vandalism, nothing more, and the fact the guy makes himself known makes it seem like some kind of publicity stunt. And what makes the Phantom "hacked" is what I want to know. Besides it was last May. And go easy on the caps... I fixed it for you and moved it to general since it is not P3 specific. Whew.

I wouldn't worry about it. There are already laws within the FAA for dealing with unlicensed ballistics.
