Syma x5c video help

I have two Syma x5c's that have the same issue. I can take photos. When I take videos's I plug the SD card in the computer and I can hear the video, but the screen is just black. Any ideas? Basically the photos work, it takes video with sound, but you cannot see what the video is.

Sure It isn't the video player on your machine? I use VLC and go to tools/preferences/input-codecs and select "Skip H.264 in-room de locking filter" ALL and helps with weaker machines.

I'm shocked, but it was the video player. I used another computer and it worked. I just had a blast taking and watching the video for the first time. Thank you so much!!!!
