I have struggled with the SJ4000 WiFi shutter controls using my iPhone and tablet but have never managed to get it working.
So last week I ordered a small servo off Ebay and my project today was to cobble together a harness to allow me to press the shutter button on the camera using the servo and my gimbal control.
Here's the finished job. Sorry that the photo is a bit rubbish, but basically it's a couple of pieces of lego, strengthened with some garden wire and it works a treat.
Now I can fire off shots as and when I please and use the FPV screen to see what the camera sees. I can also stop and start video on demand
All for about 5 quid.
