Shipping back my 4 Pro for repairs packing?

I am about to ship my 4 Pro back for repairs. Do I ship it within the case it came in (obviously with a real box around it)? I know the battery and controller have to go back but do I send the charger and props too?

send everything that you rec when you bought the p4p this includes all the boxes that it came in.

But they were specific to say not to send the memory card. In concerned that if I send things I won't get them back.

Why send everything if its a repair, I send mine in a I was asked what I was including from the laundry list of things listed the only suggested piece besides the aircraft itself was the controller and I guess so they can be sure its working properly or in my case to pair it together if things work like that

My GPS is not connecting and when it does loses signal.

Ok I am going to ship my 4Pro back in its styrofoam case with battery, controller, and should I include any props?
