sd card in vision 2

Hi, new to the board. I having a problem reading my sd card in my comp..it sees the card but there are no files .I have to download through wifi from the vision 2. It shows the files on the app in album all the files on the sd card....any ideas?

When I used my sd card to upgrade the camera firmware I had a similar issue. The sd card was formatted in the phantom app for that. Afterwards I could only see vids thru app. To fix I reformatted the card on my PC u will lose what's on it but can save to your phone or tablet thru the app before you do...

thanks ...i tried to format and still nothing ...its a mac...it shows the card but its blank...put it into unit and it reads through app fine. It will also upload to phone with no problems.
