Oh man, sweet timing. You should have chased them. It's a kick to be within a flock of geese, and hard to find a flock to play around. We get geese here in Yorba Linda in the fall, and they will often fly away, at which time is a prime opportunity to follow from behind. They won't attack like seagulls because they aren't as maneuverable as seagulls.
