Restricted gimbol

Hello to everyone and anyone who cares to try and help.

I was rollerblading recently and fell on my backpack (hardshell phantom 4 case). Since then my gimbol has become restricted and without tilt controls (scrolling wheel doesn’t work)using built in screen obsidian . Flew an event successfully 10 min prior to crash.

???? Is there independent cables that control the gimbol and the camera speratley that I can unplug temporarily,????

I am out of state and could rig the camera to be level until I can get replacement parts. I can test out on my own but I don’t want to burn up gymbol motor or anything similar. The ribbon cables are all in good condition.

My guess is that the impact in the fall shook the gimbol now it tilts to the right and side of camera hits the sway bar. Will not go up and down.

Camera works fine. Records and everything.

I cannot find the section in my controller to recalibrate the 360 spins.

So when I hit gimbol recalibration is says it’s fine.

I am receiving errors such as gimbol roll error (physical repair wrench symbol).

Let me know your thoughts I respond with any help I can give .

Make sure the ribbon cable isn’t touching anything. Sometimes just moving the ribbon cable a little, solves a bad gimbal problem.
