Recording in MP4 vs MOV

Having recorded same footage this weekend i realized, once i played both formats in my PC, that MP4 gets frozen at some points of the footage, whilst MOV flows perfectly... Really weird, isn´t it?

Try using VLC media player. I doubt they'll be a difference.
