This past spring after winter storage I experienced the charging issue with my GL300C. After thorough research and insightful videos, I reflowed the circuit board which solved the problem. I successfully charged the controller a half a dozen times or so throughout the spring and early summer before putting it away again. Took it out a couple of weeks ago and lo and behold, charging issue. I took it apart and reflowed it again tonight and all is well. I got a bit more aggressive with it this time and will refrain from stuffing it into a case for storage. I’ll just leave it atop my bookcase as I suspect perhaps storage may have something to do with it. If it happens again I might just be forced to buy a new RC on eBay.
