In most chargers you can only do that using a dumb lead-acid program (2V/cell) and the voltage won't match (a 9S program = 18V= overcharge; 8S= 16V=subcharge). It will be OK if you plug one of these things: 5A 75W DC DC Converter Adjustable Step Down Module 4.0 38V to 1.25V 36V DIY Adjustable Power Supply-in Integrated Circuits from Electronic Components & Supplies on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group but then, other than being able to charge in the field, you do not have any advantage over using a random (salvaged) power supply.
