range extender????? so interested, but what works?

I think so, they are now permanently on my Air. It’s the tone rather than the volume that makes the difference. There are heaps of reviews on them out there, a lot more scientific than i’ve done.
Haven’t had the sports mode warnings with them either.
Don’t regret buying them but I guess it’s a personal preference.
Certainly wouldn’t call it stealthy.
I now use my Air more than my P4P+ so any improvement is good.

I have the Eaglehawk range extender boost hard wired into my RC. I've not had enough chances to test over a safe LOS flight to really determine distance and video quality to make a propper judgment call on it. I hope to later this year...
