purchase advice, used phantom for $450

hey guys i have a friend selling a used phantom 1 with zenmuse h3 2d gimbal 4-6 used batteries(not sure how much charge will hold on the bats) and an antenna which he installed to use with fat shark gogles. He is selling for $450. Is this a good deal? any advice will help, thanks.
