Problem with Dronedeploy.

I mapped a nearby park and the product I get back from drone deploy is just a tiny few square meters at a corner of the map area, the total area is just over 14 acres, and the pictures are all sent and the images areas shows complete coverage and all the pictures. I am using the 30 day trial pro plan of Dronedeploy. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps the overlap wasn't enough to create a good orthophoto?
Sounds like it's something to ask DroneDeploy about to find out for sure.
