Picture Size and Quality

What are the biggest pictures you have had printed with little to no distortion? And how was this achieved? Looking to print something rather large.

I had a 12x36" pano printed by ezprints.com Turned out great, and highly recommend them... they don't have pre-defined sizes so you can print basically any size you can imagine.
