Phantom 4 Pro or Pro 2.0?

Is the only difference OcuSync in 2.0 vs. LightBridge in the "1.0?"

I can buy a refurb/used "1.0" via DJI or eBay and save a few pennies verses a new 2.0.
Goggles are not an issue and I won't be using them so that feature of OcuSync is of no use to me.
