Phantom 4 issue

My win 7 cant detect my phantom 4 I change cables .. I downloaded all software and driver but it didn't work ???
Now my drone cant fly until I solve this ... any way to reinstall or reboot or factory reset ??

Explain with more detail what you mean. Anyway, you can plug it into your cellphone as well thats how i downloaded the newest firmware.

I tried all .. dji assistant on laptop and dji go on my android mobile .. still facing same problem... I cant conect to both of them

So you have downloaded the dji app, registered it and downloaded the latest firmware? Are you able to connect your device via a cable to your remote, power up the drone and get anything at all without trying to update firmware? Assuming your unit is new, did it work out of the box?
Can you bullet point what you have done so far so that we can see where you are.
