I was wondering if anyone flew there phantom 3 standard and say you have 2 batteries and you did all your stuff to get ready to fly, then you put your other battery in do you have to caliabrite all over again. I don't think I would have to. any advice helps.

If you already had a successful calibration, you don't need to do it again. Stay away from recalibrating the aircraft. You only going to do it when the aircraft ask you to do it.
