Phantom 3 standard 2.7k video converting

I have r7 260x graphic card. So my Pc lags 2.7k videos. What is the best soft ware to edit or convert the 2.7k video without reducing it's quality? Thank you

That GPU should handle 2.7k video OK. Are you playing off the SD card or copied onto the HDD?

Copied on to HDD. Its 4 gb ram. Intel I 5 cpu. I checked usage meter ,processor and ram usage around 60%. But graphic card usage 100%.

You need a faster CPU and GPU or, downscale to 1920x1080
