Phantom 3 Gimbal Disconnected

I just purchased this from a guy on market place. The quad flies great the Gimbal works great just no video with the SD in or out. Checked all connections all good. Where must I go from here.

in my case it was a worn out flat cable that needed replacing, but I would also check the cable's connection to the mainboard as the plug is not saudered, just touching (or not). photo menu in app works (guess not) ?

Try to take a photo or video. Check on a pc and if it works, it's the black screen trouble. It happens during an update.
