P4P+ Premier super choppy playback

I'm using Premier Pro 2017. I've had a Mavic Pro which playback is perfecton 100 % playback quality. I just bought a P4P+ V1 and with all the same settings at 30FPS it plays back with choppyness to the point I miss 3 seconds of play back with only 1 second of smoothness at 1/16 video quality. Also the P4P+ footage won't play on my PC at all without importing it to Premier. Rendering helps slightly and changing the sequence settings, but it's still almost uneditable. I get the 1" sensor takes in more information but not 16 times more. My PC has a 3.5 quad-core 8g memory and a 1g graphic card. But again the MP and even my gopro 5 play back perfectly. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
