P4 battery bother!

Having an ssue with a P4 battery tat I've not found any reference to so far. When on the charger, te number 4 LED furthest from the owerbutton - flashes about 15 times aon with thepower button being lit green and no matter how long it's left on charge it never changes it's status. Any ideas what's going off here ? Will try to post avideo or a link to same as soon as poss.

I have the Phantom 4 Pro DJI battery Charger which charges 3 batteries. I have three batteries on it and put the charger into storage mode. All three lights are blue now. I know that means that they are in storage mode. Being that it is winter I am not flying the drone through the winter...
