P3 advance 2.7k FPV Jerks

Can anyone help me with an answer to why the FPV jerks whilst recording in 2.7k? 1080p is fine??

The recording is probably fine and the problem is likely to be with playback.
I couldn't play back properly till I changed the software I was using.

When I playback its not great either, not sure if the update was successful, solid green light on gimbal but text file stated 'abort' and lists that the update was the same and not required? I have all the extra flight modes available so I am guessing it must have updated?
