Outdated Authorization Zone

Noticed a huge authorization zone posted all around downtown Jacksonville Florida (listed on the DJI website) It is there because of a college football game a couple of weeks ago.

Can I still fly in a yellow zone? If not, who would I contact to remove it?

Thats an ongoing problem with GO that has been discussed several times here on other threads. . they track TFR zones, but not their active times. Especially troublesome for stadium, etc. where the active times are only a few hours before, during and after the events. Dont know if 'self authorization" works on them.
