I got my anti-vibration/jello isolation mount and cellphone holder for the DJI Phantom and mounted my Nokia 521 Windows 8 phone for a video test. In previous tests, not posted to YouTube, the video from the phone has been almost completely unusable because of severe jello and vibration.

This time, with the anti-jello mount, the video is much better, with only a little jello and a few instances of radio noise when the phone sends an update to the cell tower or tries to connect with Wifi. The next test will be with Wifi off.
Contrast the high quality of the Nokia camera with that of the $40 Dice camera on other videos in my YouTube channel. The Nokia blows the Dice away.
The objective is to use a Nokia cell phone instead of a Gopro at 1/3 the cost and only 125 grams. The Nokia 521 is a 4G Windows Phone 8 device available from WalMart at $130, with a 720p video camera.
Next test with the anti-jello mount for the phone will be another attempt at Skype FPV. Microsoft and Nokia just updated the phone to make Skype communicate better, so I'm going to test that in conjunction with the anti-jello mount.
In-flight GPS reporting of position, course, speed, and altitude from the phone is on the way. I just finished the UDP socket layer code, and the DronePhone client is on track to be operational at the end of August on the Windows Phone 8 marketplace.
