Yeh nice clear pics....got some aliens makin shapes in the grass
nice weatherDave, I was expecting some manly photos of some -9 trains..... grunt grunt.
Some tips when taking photos:
1. Always check the horizon for level before you shoot photos. C2 + photo wheel can quickly level things for your shot.
2. Put the sun at your back to prevent sun glare.
3. Shooting late afternoon, or early morning is ideal for lighting purposes, depending on the angle of the shot that needs to be lit up.
4. ND filters can help minimize haze a little. ND16 or 32 can help in bright sun. ND16/32 is even more helpful with video in bright sun to mitigate jitter.

Don't get too close, they emit massive electromagnetic fields using such a large electric motor. I limit myself to stay at least ~30' away. So far no problems.
