Need Help I have no map view at all

Not sure what has happened but for some reason I have no map view/satellite nothing!! Makes no diff if I am connected to my wifi or not?? Anyone know what I have done wrong and or how to fix??

Running version 3.1.13 dji go app

I had the same. Deleted the APP (twice) and now the map has at last appeared . . .
