I haven't done anything with NDVI but used to use P3 Advanced for mapping with DroneDeploy without any problems.

Did you build the mission and fly it through drone deploy? What angle do you typically set the camera?

Dronedeploy sorts everything out for you.
Their app is very smartly programmed.
It shoots straight down for standard mapping missions
