I just ordered a P4 to replace my recently purchased P3S (had I known this was going to be so fun 2 months ago . . .) - I found a very good price on batteries eBay from a dealer.
This charger (or some variant, it looks like there are many branded versions) on Amazon looks to be pretty slick: The one caveat I've read about is that it's not grounded, but it looks pretty trivial to add a ground wire - there is a Youtube video.
