I thought I saw a thread about music to use for videos. I was going to read it later. But I sure can't find it now.

Anyone know where it is.

And. If I name the artist or song title can I use a copyrighted song on youtube. Thanks

The YouTube bots may find you and remove your video. It all comes down to whether or not the copyright holder complains. I've used music performed by a cover band and have had it removed. Companies like EMI and APM are always looking for violations and amateur videographers to crush!
