While I was taking off one day two of the propellors flew off and my p3 flew upside down.

One other motor is not as bad.. but it is sort of difficult to screw the prop on

If you start up the motors without props on, are the threads of the motors spinning perfectly straight or is there some wobbling in the threads? Compare it to the undamaged motors.
Are you still able to get the props to stay on tightly and on straight?
If the threads are not spinning perfectly like the undamaged motors or if the props will not stay on correctly, you need to get the motor replaced. There are many videos how you can do that yourself or you can send it to DJI to fix but you will be paying for a new motor, labor, and possibly return shipping costs since user errors are not covered under DJI warranty.
