i have been looking for a bag for my vision and attempted to purchase this one but what is this on the checkout page? "Please choose 10%-100% of order amount as declaration value"

I like the look of this bag. Does it have back straps?
Is it asking do you want to be honest about how much you paid for it for import duty reasons? Declaration value? How much to declare?

Guess they let you put your own declaration value for import tax purposes.

ordered one a few days ago..i have a tradecraft case but need a soft bag for easy carrying when a hard case isnt needed.
