Looks like it was in salt water for a while. Camera and gimbal are destroyed. Motors are corroded. I doubt there's anything salvageable.
Even the battery is probably shot.

Probably the pilot's crashed it into Tennessee River. He says he's found it on the beach but it doesn't make sense.

The bidding is at $258. What in this could possibly be worth $250? The motors are shot. The NAZA is most likely toast. The GPS receiver is maybe salvageable. I wouldn't give more than $50 for this thing - the shell, legs and the blades.

May have been vacationing on the beach somewhere and posted when he returned home. This is why I firmly believe in GPS trackers.
